Directions: Adults and children: Turn tube upside down, twist clear cap to break seal and release pellets. Using clear cap, place 3 to 5 pellets under the tongue and allow to dissolve in the mouth. Take on under the tongue and allow to dissolve in the mouth. Take one dose 2 days before traveling, repeat one hour before travel and as needed. For best results do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after taking the remedy.
