These plants provided the basis for achieving the three objectives as well as control the production of Cortisol during times of stress. They coined the word ADAPTOGEN for the plants that demonstrated those properties.
Stress triggers the adrenal gland to secrete the hormone Cortisol as a response to any kind of physical or psychological stress. Since stress is a daily part of our lives, and for the most part unavoidable, we all have cortisol in our systems.
Suggested use: Adapt is a pure liquid extract that comes in a 60 mL bottle and lasts approximately one month. Adapt is taken by placing two droppers-full under the tongue, holding for 30 seconds and swallowing. This method assures quick and thorough absorption. Since Adapt is an extract in liquid form, it is absorbed sublingually and through the gut, so most people feel some effect within 10-15 minutes.
