SuperSizeHealth.com orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Delivery is approximately 2 to 5 business days, but will vary depending on shipping location and availability of products.
Out of Stock Merchandise:
On occasion, an item may be on out of stock and the order may be held for an additional period of time until we are able to ship the order complete. We will notify the purchaser via e-mail to advise of the status and the estimated shipping date.
Method of Shipping:
Items are either shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) depending on the nature of the items, weight, or the most cost effective method.
Damages, Exchanges, and Returns:
Customers MUST contact our office regarding all damages, exchanges and returns. Call 1-888-262-3884 or 973-347-9220 to report damages or to obtain a return authorization. Credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise on authorized returns only. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges unless returns are due to an error on our part.
The following is a general guideline for returns/exchanges:
- Product returned unused and in good condition within 30 days of purchase: Credit given for cost of product. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges.
- Product returned under money back guarantee (only applies to products as specified on SuperSizeHealth.com web site.: Credit given for cost of product. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges. As an alternative, products may be exchanged in lieu of returning for credit.
- Product returned due to product defect: Full credit will be given including shipping and handling charges.
- Exchanges for products must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Pheromone Product Guarantee
This guarantee applies only to pheromone products and is NOT extended to any other product offered on the SuperSizeHealth.com web site. Pheromone products may be returned for full refund excluding shipping charges within 90 days from date of purchase providing the original product bottle is returned to Uneet Co. Inc.
The purchaser must wear the pheromone product for forty five (45) consecutive days to assure that the product has been properly evaluated. The original bottle must be returned to Uneet Co. Inc. 90-100 Route 206-PMB 231, Stanhope, NJ 07874. Please provide a copy of the order, packing slip, or if those documents are not available, just include your name, address, customer/shopper id number (if applicable) along with your return so that you will be properly credited.
